- Removal and disposal of old bathroom tile ,vanity and plumbing fixtures as needed and stated in contract;
- Installation of plumbing fixtures ( tub, valves , toilet) by Licensed and insured plumbing contractor;
- Upgrading of any electrical fixtures,as needed and stated in contract, by licenesd and insured electrical contractor;
- Preparation of bathroom for tile including installation of shower pan with proper drainage pitch to pan liner as well
as shower floor. Our Preperation method ensures a watertight shower before we start tile installation;
- Application of waterproofing membrane in all wet areas: shower floor, 24" up walls, seat and any knee walls;
- Installation and finishing of sheetrock as needed including smooth ceilings if desired. New sheetrock will remain ready
for paint;
- Professional installation of tile using best availible mortar product;
- Installation of needed base moldings and thresholds;
- Installation of sealer over cement grouts at completion;
- Removal of all job realted debris and staging area;
